Our Personal Training program is designed to provide you with an individualized program based on your needs which will help you achieve your goals.

Philosophy

I want my clients to know that it’s about them and their needs. I focus on educating them in a way that can support their goals and exercise adherence, in a safe and effective manner. Together, we address all aspects of fitness including improving strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health.

Your choice, train at our Personal Training Studio in Doylestown or train from anywhere in the world via your computer or smartphone. Receive a GREAT workout at our studio with unique equipment or at the comfort of your own home.

Expertise

Barb has years of experience working with people of all ages and all abilities. She has a BS in Kinesiology, MEd in Education, Certified Adapted Physical Educator and numerous additional certifications.

Functional Fitness 

Barb incorporates functional fitness exercises to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.

Adapted Exercise and Rehabilitation 

Exercise must be appropriate for each person to address their unique needs. Barb’s experience and education enables her to help people with disabilities and those who are rehabilitating.
